Representative Conrad voted for the nation’s most extreme bill targeting minors, House Bill 2002B. As written, his vote would:
- Allow 10 year-olds to receive taxpayer funded abortions without parental knowledge or involvement.
- Allow minors to receive irreversible sex-change treatments and procedures without parental knowledge.
- Decriminalize the concealing of the dead body of a newborn baby.
