Your feedback is an important part of our process and will help make sure we’re funding the right projects for your community. There are several upcoming opportunities to learn about the projects we’re proposing and to give us feedback. The Oregon Transportation Commission will review and approve sharing the list of proposed projects for public comment on March 9. We’ll hold an online open house with links and information to share the proposed projects. We’ll also hold two virtual meeting events, hosted by ODOT Assistant Director for Finance, Travis Brouwer, on April 6 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on April 13 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. If you can’t make the virtual meeting and don’t want to visit the online open house, we’ll also have several in person meetings throughout the state during the public comment period, March 9 through the end of April 2023. Information about the online open house, the virtual events and the in person events will soon be posted on the draft STIP webpage. Below is a list of some of the upcoming meetings.

24Charter Review Committee MeetingCharter Review Committee MeetingTime: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Lane County government operates under a home rule charter approved by voters in 1962. In 2010, Lane County voters approved an amendment to the Charter directing the Board of Commissioners to convene a Charter Review Committee (CRC) for the purpose of reviewing and recommending changes or updates to the existing charter every ten years. The CRC is comprised of seven members. Each Commissioner appoints one member to the CRC, and those appointees nominate additional individuals to fill two at large positions to be appointed by the Board. The CRC meets monthly on the fourth Friday from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners' Conference Room unless noted otherwise. Additional meetings will be held as needed on the second Thursday of each month from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. View the Committee calendar to confirm meeting dates and details. You may also attend virtually.
