“Oregonians have turned over massive amounts of their hard-earned dollars to the state government and not received the services they deserve. Crime, homelessness, and inflation are all on the rise. These facts are undeniable, and taxpayers deserve better. Today’s revenue forecast, combined with bleak national economic indicators, shows us that the legislature must restrain spending, protect the Kicker and provide tax relief to overburdened Oregon taxpayers.
